About Me

I am a licensed clinical therapist in New York City. I offer therapy services to adults, both individuals and couples. As a therapist, I provide a safe, warm and non-judgmental environment.

I have my graduate degree in social work from the University of Chicago. I have extensive training in cognitive, behavioral, interpersonal and supportive therapies in both outpatient and inpatient clinical settings.

In addition to private practice, I work at Mount Sinai Medical Center providing supportive services, health education and wellness promotion to obstetrics and gynecology patients and their families. I specialize in various aspects of women’s mental and reproductive health, including high-risk pregnancies.

Each person enters therapy with different life experiences and a unique story to tell! I utilize an integrative approach of traditional therapies, as well as evidenced-based treatment to ensure you receive the therapy that's best for you. We will work collaboratively to build a strong, healing relationship. This is one of the most important factors in predicting successful therapy outcomes. Through our work, we will utilize varied strategies to ensure that you achieve your goals and develop a more balanced outlook on life. We're in this together.
